About Me
Dara has been an active asset to the housing industry since 1996, re-joining the industry in 2015 after a 2-year hiatus while living in Puerto Rico. Previous experience includes over 12 years in the multi-family housing industry within North Carolina, Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana: managing, and leasing apartment communities for real estate investment trust companies (REIT's), as well as individual owners/investors.
Now a licensed realtor in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, earning the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and NAR green professional designations in 2016, and the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation in 2017. At the beginning of 2018, proudly achieved lifetime membership into the Real Estate Million Dollar Association (REMDA), where I am now an active member of the board of directors.
Primarily working out of Baltimore County, I also represent buyers and sellers in Ann Arundel, Harford, Howard, Cecil, Prince Georges counties and Baltimore City and Ocean City in Maryland, all 3 Delaware counties, and Adams, Lancaster, and York counties in Pennsylvania. Whether new construction, investment or resale properties, I consistently achieve high sales value for my clients. Dara is a graduate of the conservatory of Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, and enjoys singing (with the Canticle Singers too), reading, being outdoors, traveling around the world, and relaxing on the beautiful Delaware and Maryland beaches. I am a full-time realtor, wife, mother, daughter, and sister. I also volunteer my time on the vestry of Trinity Church in Towson, and am the treasurer of the Canticle Singers of Baltimore women's choir.
